ECOFO OF GASENYI

ECOFO Gasenyi is a public school located at Gasenyi-Nyakabondo, Zone Rubirizi, Commune Mutimbuzi, in the Rural Province of Bujumbura. It has grades 1 to 9. Several classes meet in the morning to give room to the afternoon classes. Even as such, we have classes with way over 100 children and in these classes, about a half sits on the benches/desks while other children sit on the floor. In 2018, our partner, the International Ministries gave a gift of books to the school. AMI wants to pursue ways to help again ECOFO Gasenyi and other schools in the same situation.
